Menopause counselling and emotional support

Choosing the right menopause support option
You do not have to know straight away which support option is right for you. Some women prefer to begin quietly with a free guide, book or self-help course, while others feel ready to talk things through in counselling. You may also move between different types of support depending on what is happening in your life, your symptoms, your sleep and your emotional wellbeing. The most important thing is to start with the option that feels manageable now.
